Our Journey

Infrastructure ESBEE is well equipped with three state of the art manufacturing plants. Our 3 plants are located at strategic locations. Out of which 2 are in Pune and 1 in Ahmednagar, which assist in better geographical reach, and efficient supply chain management. All the manufacturing facilities have strong assembly for electro-mechanical, mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies. Recently established our Plant in Pune (HQ) consisting of advanced machines which include stencil printer, Juki make – pick & place machine and seven zones reflow oven as per the industry standards. The assembly lines are well laid out with ample lighting. To offer flexibility in manufacturing and for better ergonomics, we have installed a bus bar trunking system. The company is also equipped with good storage system. It helps in optimum utilisation of space and allocation of resources.

In today’s competitive world research and development is a key element to deliver quality and performance. To accomplish the same, we are equipped with a young and energetic Research and Development team with diverse experience. The team is completely congruent with our requirements goals resulting into perfect visualization and incorporation of features benefitting our customers in terms of aesthetics, quality, performance and cost. Human safety is a prominent element in our product designing process. All the products designed to fulfil international industry standards like UL and IEC. We use all the advanced design software’s like Solid edge – ST8, NX-10.0 and Orcad.

We have a well-equipped testing laboratory to perform different electrical and mechanical endurance tests as per different global as well as Indian electrical standards (IEC & UL). The lab has equipment to check plastic flammability, plating thickness testers and bursting strength checker for packing materials. To perform different electrical test suitable power sources, load bank and temp rise testers are provided. Different tests are carried out at appropriate product life cycle for assured performance. The results are well documented and preserved for future references.

We have also incorporated sustainable practices in designing workplace areas where ample natural light is used which reduces the consumption of electricity. Furthermore, the company has installed a couple of windmills near Pune. Across the organization, the company makes a conscious effort to reduce its carbon footprint.
